What we collect

We collect what's needed to build and ship your order: your name, email address, shipping address, the measurements and configuration of your stands, and, when a campaign link brought you here, which one. Send us a custom request and we also keep the photos and description you share.

What we use it for

We use your details to build your order, take payment, ship the package and keep you posted along the way. We don't sell your data and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

Who we share it with

Only the services that get your stand to you: our payment provider (Mollie), our shipping carrier (PostNL) and our email service (Postmark). Each gets only what it needs for its part of the job.

Cookies

We keep it light: a handful of our own cookies remember your language, your cart, your sign-in, and how you found us (the link or campaign that brought you here, so we know which channels are worth our time). No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. When something on the site breaks, our error monitoring (Sentry) records the technical details of the failure so we can fix it.

How long we keep it

Order details stay on file for as long as tax rules and the warranty require. Custom requests that don't turn into orders are cleaned up periodically.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where the law allows. Email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
