Custom-built orders
Every Sculpted Stand is produced to your measurements after you order. Because of this, custom stands are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. But if the fit isn't right or something arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
If something breaks
Stands are covered against manufacturing defects for two years. Send us a photo via WhatsApp or email and we'll ship a replacement part, usually without needing the stand back.
Wrong measurements
Picked a pre-measured device? The fit is on us. Entered your own measurements? Double-check them before ordering. And if it still comes out wrong, we'll reprint at a reduced price.
