Who we are
Sculpted Stands is a trade name of Tocabi Software B.V., registered in the Netherlands. These terms apply to every order placed through sculptedstands.com. Questions about them? Email [email protected].
Your order
Every stand is built to order: production starts once your payment is confirmed. You'll get an order confirmation by email, and you can follow your stands through the workshop until the package arrives.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. You pay at checkout via iDEAL, card or PayPal; payment is handled by our payment provider, Mollie. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
We ship across Europe. The delivery window you see at checkout is our best estimate for your country, and we keep you posted by email from workshop to doorstep.
Custom-built means custom
Every stand is produced to your measurements, so custom orders are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. How we handle returns, defects and wrong measurements is described in our returns & warranty policy.
Dutch law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Something unclear or not quite right? Talk to us first: we'd rather fix it than point at paragraphs.
